Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity on a fantastic Senior Creative role. This role will support the development and lead the implementation of the Charity’s brand refresh across design and video. You will ensure creative outputs are bold, impactful and deliver against the vision of Royal Marsden Cancer Charity’s brand proposition, enabling communications to strengthen brand equity, visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative visual concepts and designs aligned with project goals and organisational brand guidelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver effective creative solutions across design and video.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality output.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to a junior team of 2, along with external collaborators as needed.
Oversee the production and delivery of creative assets across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
Ensure consistency and integrity of visual branding throughout all communications and materials.
Person Specification
Proven experience in a senior creative or similar visual design role within a non-profit or charity environment is preferred.
Extensive portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution across diverse media.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and quality standards.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £40,000-£45,000
18-month fixed term contract
Hybrid, 2 days/week in London
