This position involves leading digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and outreach through innovative and strategic online campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (paid and organic) aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage and optimise digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content, to maximise engagement.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and improve future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and reflects the organisation’s values.
- Monitor industry trends and utilise emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Support the organisation’s outreach efforts by implementing innovative digital solutions that increase awareness and participation.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role within a charitable or non-profit environment, across retention and acquisition.
- Experience with both paid and organic digital marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry developments.

- Salary: £45,000-£47,000
- Permanent, full or part-time
- Hybrid, London circa 2 days/month
