Senior Individual Giving Acquisition Officer

The Talent Set is delighted to be partnering with a well-established charity to recruit a Senior Individual Giving Acquisition Officer for an initial contract of up to 12 months.

Reporting to the Individual Giving Lead, this role will lead the development and delivery of the charity’s supporter acquisition activity. You will be responsible for growing its supporter base across a range of channels, with a particular focus on Regular Giving and digital acquisition.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and delivery of the Individual Giving acquisition strategy.
• Planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns to recruit new one-off and regular donors.
• Identifying opportunities to optimise channels, messaging and supporter journeys.
• Testing new approaches and fundraising products to support sustainable growth.
• Managing relationships with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Analysing campaign and supporter data to improve performance.
• Managing budgets, forecasting and campaign reporting.
• Supporting and developing two Individual Giving Acquisition Officers.
• Contributing to the wider Individual Giving strategy and team plans.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Significant experience delivering supporter or donor acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong knowledge of digital fundraising and acquisition techniques.
• Experience managing external agencies, suppliers and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills.
• The ability to use data and insight to optimise campaign performance.
• Knowledge of fundraising, direct-marketing and data-protection requirements.

What's on offer

£42,000–£47,000 depending on location
Up to 12-month fixed-term contract
Full-time
Hybrid working – minimum two days per week in the office
