Senior Individual Giving Officer (FTC)

Role Overview
The Talent Set is delighted to partner with a respected health charity on the appointment of a Senior Individual Giving Officer. This fixed-term position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support fundraising initiatives that make a genuine difference. The successful candidate will play a vital role in strengthening donor engagement and enhancing income generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop individual giving programmes to maximise donor retention and income.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing donors through personalised communication and stewardship.
  • Identify and implement strategies to diversify and expand the donor base.
  • Assist with planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, including mailings and telemarketing.
  • Analyse fundraising data to inform strategy and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine processes and drive strategic growth.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to donor management.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in individual giving, donor relations, or fundraising roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Experience with direct mailing and telemarketing campaigns is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data to optimise fundraising activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, offering support and strategic input to the team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and work independently when needed.

Salary: £38,037
FTC: 3-4 Months
