The successful candidate will lead creative, integrated marketing campaigns that enhance engagement, member acquisition, and revenue growth while leveraging modern digital strategies to maximise impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support organisational objectives.
Craft targeted messaging and compelling content tailored to diverse audiences for digital, print, and event-based promotions.
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed effectively.
Oversee digital marketing activities including email, social media, website content, and paid advertising campaigns.
Apply SEO and optimisation best practices to improve online visibility and engagement.
Analyse campaign performance using data insights and optimise strategies to improve conversion rates and return on investment.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and copy.
Use marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture audiences and streamline communications.
Monitor trends and emerging technologies, experimenting with new channels and AI-enabled tools to enhance campaign performance.
Manage stakeholder relationships, communicating progress, results, and strategic recommendations clearly.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within the marketing function.
Act as an ambassador for the organisation at virtual and in-person events.
Person Specification
Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
Expertise in digital marketing including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and audience segmentation.
Familiar with marketing automation, CRM, CMS, analytics platforms, and AI tools.
Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills suitable for diverse formats and audiences.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, comfortable working collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
Creative mindset coupled with analytical thinking to optimise campaigns and interpret data insights.
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude and openness to adopting new emerging tools and techniques.
Experience within a membership organisation, professional body, or non-profit environment, especially with international audiences, is advantageous.
Demonstrates agility, innovative thinking, and a continuous improvement approach.
