Senior Partnerships Manager (People’s Postcode Lottery) Salary: £45,000-£49,000 (FTE) Location: London – Hybrid working Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (21 hours per week)
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with Breast Cancer Now to find a talented Senior Partnerships Manager to lead on the Charity’s thriving partnership with the People’s Postcode Lottery, which generates over £2.5m annually. This is a flagship partnership that goes beyond funding, offering opportunities to raise awareness, inspire new audiences and deliver truly sector-leading collaboration.
What you’ll do
Manage and grow Breast Cancer Now’s multi-million-pound partnership with People’s Postcode Lottery, developing a tailored long-term plan for income growth, engagement and strategic impact.
Lead on proposals, reports and funding applications that secure seven-figure sums.
Deliver best-in-class stewardship, ensuring partners feel inspired, recognised and connected.
Collaborate across internal teams and with People’s Postcode Lottery stakeholders to maximise opportunities for joint campaigns, comms and impact stories.
Provide regular insight, reporting and KPIs for senior leaders and trustees.
About you
Proven track record of securing or managing six- and seven-figure partnerships.
Exceptional relationship manager with experience of delivering high-value stewardship.
Skilled in developing compelling proposals, budgets and funding applications.
Confident communicator who can influence at senior levels, internally and externally.
Organised, creative and solutions-focused, with experience of managing significant budgets.
