We’re pleased to be supporting a fantastic health charity on their recruitment of a Senior Trust & Statutory Fundraising Manager role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing fundraising team at a pivotal moment, supporting the delivery of an ambitious organisational strategy.

We are looking for a Senior Trust and Statutory Fundraising Manager to help align strategic priorities with donor engagement, securing sustainable long-term support and income. This leadership role within the High Value Relationships team works closely with senior colleagues to achieve key fundraising objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and submit high-quality, strategically aligned proposals for multi-year donations, tailored to funder priorities and KPIs.
  • Identify and research new philanthropic prospects, including trusts and foundations.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of income from trusts, foundations, statutory bodies, and lottery funders.
  • Build and sustain multi-year funding relationships to secure long-term income.
  • Strengthen existing donor partnerships while proactively seeking new opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of mid- to high-value donors, cultivating strong, lasting relationships.
  • Create compelling proposals and stewardship plans aligned with organisational goals.
Required Skills:
  • Strong track record in trust and statutory fundraising.
  • Experience securing high-value gifts, ideally six figures or more.
  • Excellent research and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term donor relationships.
  • Collaborative team player, able to contribute to wider fundraising strategies.
What’s on Offer:
  • Salary: £47,000
  • Permanent role
  • Hybrid role, based in London 1-2 days/week
