This position involves crafting compelling narratives that highlight the organisation’s impact, engaging diverse audiences, and elevating their visibility through authentic storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and share inspiring stories that showcase the organisation’s work and its beneficiaries.
Collaborate with teams to identify compelling content and gather insights through interviews or direct engagement.
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across various platforms and materials.
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of stories for campaigns and organisational needs.
Utilise multimedia tools to enhance storytelling, including images, videos, and written content.
Support organisational objectives by amplifying key messages through storytelling initiatives.
Person Specification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences.
Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with experience in engaging narrative development.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content management.
An empathetic approach and understanding of the organisation’s mission and values.
What’s on Offer Salary: £32,000 per annum Full time, 12-month fixed term contract, Remote working with occasional meetings in London
