The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic permanent role for a Supporter Acquisition Manager. This critical position focuses on driving growth and recruiting new supporters, with a key emphasis on expanding the digital acquisition stream. The ideal candidate will bring digital acquisition experience and a strong understanding of how to engage with diverse audiences
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to acquire new supporters
Grow the unrestricted fund through public fundraising campaigns and brand investments
Work closely with the Public Fundraising Officer to plan and deliver successful campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board and other internal teams
Analyse and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with the F2F Agency to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential supporters, with a focus on long-term relationships
Person Specification:
Proven experience in supporter acquisition, with a strong track record of growth and success
Digital experience and understanding of how to engage with diverse audiences Proven track record of success in acquiring new supporters and growing unrestricted funds
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
What’s on Offer: Salary: £45,000- £48,000 2 days a week in their London office
