Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Supporter Care Assistant role. This position involves providing efficient, empathetic support to supporters via phone and online channels, managing contact preferences, and assisting with general queries during a busy period.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle supporter contact through phone calls and online systems, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
  • Manage and update supporter information efficiently using ticket management and content systems, such as Zen desk.
  • Respond to supporter inquiries regarding contact preferences and general information, providing guidance without offering professional advice.
  • Support the management of the crisis number and handle high volumes of communication, especially during peak periods such as Christmas.
  • Adapt to unexpected tasks and demonstrate resilience by maintaining calm under pressure.
  • Accurately record and follow up on supporter interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.

Person Specification:
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and supportive communication style.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Comfortable working with online management and ticketing systems, with a quick learning ability.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities, especially during busy periods.
  • Resilient attitude with the capacity to respond effectively to unexpected challenges.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

What’s on Offer:
  • Salary: £138.34 per day + £18.61 daily holiday
  • Location: London – hybrid (2 days a month in the office)
  • Contract: 3 – 4 months with an October start
