Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser
Salary: circa £34,500-£37,500 depending on experience
Location: Fully Remote
Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours)

Lesley Hynes Fundraising (LHF) is a specialist consultancy providing expert trust and foundation fundraising services to charities across the UK. With a strong track record of success, a growing portfolio of clients, and a collaborative team of fundraising specialists, this is an exciting time to join a hub of expertise making a difference across the charity sector.
They are now looking for a Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser to deliver hands-on client fundraising, provide additional capacity to the team, and support the continued growth of LHF.
What you’ll do:
  • Develop and deliver tailored trust and foundation strategies for charity clients.
  • Write high-quality funding applications and assist with funder reports.
  • Undertake detailed prospect research and manage accurate records.
  • Steward relationships with grant-makers, providing monitoring and reporting for capital, project and revenue grants.
  • Contribute to special projects, events, and the wider development of LHF.
  • Support knowledge-sharing across the team and help build internal expertise.
What we’re looking for:
  • Established experience in trusts and foundations fundraising, with a proven track record of securing grants at a 5-6 figure level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex financial information.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player, with a real passion for the charity sector - experience of working within a variety of causes and charity sizes is highly desirable.
