This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape strategic marketing initiatives that support student acquisition, product launches, and brand growth within a dynamic, sector-leading environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise multichannel campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive student registration.
  • Lead go-to-market activities for new qualifications and oversee successful product launches with measurable KPIs.
  • Coordinate with agencies and external partners to create compelling content and impactful campaigns.
  • Analyse marketing performance data, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Person Specification

  • Demonstrable experience in campaign management across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies with a clear understanding of GTM approaches.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise marketing budgets for maximum impact.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience guiding marketing teams or agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills for crafting compelling messaging and internal collaboration.
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning, optimisation, and innovation.

What’s on Offer
Salary: £51,685 - £54,405
