The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a leading national health charity to recruit for a Community Fundraiser role covering West London and surrounding areas such as Hertfordshire, Slough, Reading / Southampton. You’ll engage individuals, community groups, corporates, and volunteers to grow income through strong relationships and creative campaigns, helping expand grassroots support and raise vital funds that directly advance the charity’s life-changing mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve community engagement and income targets.
Organise and support community events, campaigns, and outreach activities.
Build and maintain relationships with local partners, supporters, and stakeholders.
Assist in cultivating new donors and volunteers to broaden community support.
Monitor and report on fundraising performance, ensuring goals are met.
Advocate for the charity’s mission through effective communication and promotional efforts.
Person Specification:
Proven experience in community fundraising, events, or supporter engagement.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Passion for health-related causes and community development.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach.
What’s on Offer Salary: c.£31,950 per annum Mainly home working with some travel across London and the home counties.
