Role Overview
The Talent Set is delighted to partner with an amazing Children's Charity on a fantastic Corporate Partnerships Manager (mat cover) role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead relationship development and new business efforts within a dynamic charity, contributing to impactful causes supporting young people and health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and mutual benefit.
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities aligned with the organisation’s mission.
- Support and deliver partnership activity, including events and collaborative projects, aligning with organisational goals.
- Pitch fundraising ideas confidently and independently, demonstrating best practice in corporate fundraising.
- Line manage one junior team member, providing guidance and support on partnership development tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximise partnership outcomes.
- Support on organising and delivering events that promote partnership growth and awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and progress.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in corporate fundraising, partnership development, or account management within a charity or relevant sector.
- Confident in pitching and securing new partnerships independently.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
- Experience supporting or managing events is desirable.
- Able to step into line management responsibilities with supportive leadership.
- Open to working four days a week if preferred, with a flexible yet professional approach.
- Experience working across socio-emotive causes, particularly supporting young people or health-related initiatives, is advantageous.
- Demonstrates proactive attitude, strong organisational skills, and resilience.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £37,000 - £39,500
