Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a leading UK membership body on a fantastic Data Manager role. This pivotal position involves overseeing data integrity, driving data governance initiatives, and supporting system enhancements to enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation, with a focus on transformation projects and system optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data cleansing, migration, and validation activities to support the implementation of new CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Analyse existing data processes, identify efficiencies, and support improvements in business operations through data insights.
  • Manage data governance policies, including compliance with GDPR and other regulations, and act as Data Protection Officer (DPO).
  • Design and oversee standard operating procedures for data management across platforms.
  • Develop automated reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support end-users in understanding data procedures, reporting, and system functionality.
  • Engage with business partners and technical teams to optimise data collection, storage, and reporting systems.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, especially CRM and customer insights.
  • Strong proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL for data querying.
  • Knowledge of data integration platforms like Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, or PowerApps.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
  • Analytical mindset with capability to translate data findings into strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and deliver results on time.

What’s on Offer
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
