Brand Manager
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Brand Manager role. This position offers the opportunity to shape and lead the organisation’s brand strategy, ensuring impactful engagement with diverse audiences and strengthening their visibility in the health charity sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the governance, rollout, and implementation of the refreshed brand post-January 2026 relaunch.
- Manage and execute major multi-channel brand campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
- Oversee the embedding of brand positioning across teams, volunteers, and external partners, managing the Brand Co-ordinator and interim Project Manager.
- Develop a comprehensive three-year brand activation plan to increase awareness and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as the primary liaison with creative and media agencies, fostering constructive collaborations.
- Manage the brand guardianship programme, including leading brand panels, updating assets, and providing staff and volunteer training.
- Conduct brand audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for enhancement in channels and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse brand metrics; develop dashboards to track brand health and inform strategies.
- Create and implement a charity-wide Audience Framework to optimise messaging and engagement strategies.
- Offer strategic input on brand for large campaigns, partnerships, and media initiatives, working closely with marketing, digital, and income teams.
- Lead brand insight initiatives, supporting fundraising pitches and engaging stakeholders with compelling brand narratives.
- Identify and act upon opportunities to elevate brand awareness and public perception.
- Perform any additional duties aligned with the organisation’s mission and values.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in developing and managing brand identities within prominent charity or corporate organisations.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale, through-the-line campaigns with substantial budgets.
- Demonstrable success in devising and executing strategic brand plans and programmes.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of guiding teams and external agencies to deliver results.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to motivate diverse groups and secure buy-in.
- Skilled in project management, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in interpreting brand metrics and applying insights to strategies.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach.
- Committed to community engagement and leveraging insight to inform work.
