The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a leading professional membership body on a fantastic Marketing Manager role. The successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives, develop strategies, and oversee campaigns to enhance visibility, recruitment and engagement across diverse channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the teams objectives.
Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Manage branding activities, including messaging, content development, and visual identity.
Coordinate market research and analyse consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Oversee the management of marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise outreach efforts.
Report on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Person Specification
Proven experience in marketing management within a professional services or similar sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies accordingly.
Effective communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Collaborative approach, with the ability to work well across teams and external stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and deadlines.
What’s on Offer
Salary: Circa £60,000 This role will be predominantly home-based but will involve some travel to their London office (approx. monthly)
