Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a leading professional membership body on a fantastic Marketing Manager role. The successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives, develop strategies, and oversee campaigns to enhance visibility, recruitment and engagement across diverse channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the teams objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Manage branding activities, including messaging, content development, and visual identity.
  • Coordinate market research and analyse consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the management of marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise outreach efforts.
  • Report on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience in marketing management within a professional services or similar sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to work well across teams and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and deadlines.
What’s on Offer
Salary: Circa £60,000

This role will be predominantly home-based but will involve some travel to their London office (approx. monthly)
