Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Digital Editor role for a 4 month contract on 3 days per week. This position involves creating, managing, and optimising digital content across web and social media platforms to support global advocacy campaigns focused on water security and maternal health.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish engaging content tailored to key strategic audiences via social media and the organisation’s website.
- Produce and publish social media content such as carousels, statement assets, and explainer videos.
- Edit and optimise blog articles for online publication, ensuring clarity and impact.
- Provide guidance and support to newly trained LinkedIn Champions within partnership and policy teams.
- Collaborate with the wider digital team to deliver content priorities and campaign activity.
- Ensure content aligns with audience interests and marketing principles, maintaining quality standards and deadlines.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in digital content creation and copywriting for web and social platforms.
- Strong skills in producing LinkedIn content, particularly carousel posts and thought leadership pieces.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Competency in using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of audience-led content planning and content marketing best practices.
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in advising colleagues on social media techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 FTE
Part-time: 3 days per week
Contract: 4 months
